While this book focus on releasing excess weight it really is a book about discovering and releasing the long held false and outdated core beliefs that create the roadblocks that prevent us from achieving and living the life we truly want.
It’s about our conscious and subconscious minds and the rub between the two, understanding the immense power of our subconscious mind and why so often we find it in opposition with what our conscious mind wants. It’s a blueprint, with a little (ok a lot) of hypnosis/self-hypnosis to help you access and make changes to your subconscious and to harnessing its amazing power.

This is the one book that made me laugh, totally identify and feel so much more confident!
Suzi wrote as if she was speaking to me. Although my “problem” didn’t have to do with weight, it did not matter. I was compelled to read the book after Googling about Suzi and her accomplishments. Normally, I would want the “real” book in hand but I just couldn’t wait so I downloaded it. Once I began reading, I couldn’t put it down. Suzi lives in the same area as me so I wanted to make an appointment with her. Without going into my personal reasons,.. when I left Suzi’s office, I felt VERY positive and I still do feel positive. I told her I downloaded the book (which is a first) because I wanted to “dig in” immediately but I normally prefer to have a book literally “in hand”. To my surprise, she picked up a copy of Break Free, wrote some very nice words in it and handed it to me! I have referred back to the book on occasion and I would totally recommend reading this book AND to have a session with her. Thumbs up for Suzi!
